Maple Syrup - Grade A light. This is the Burlington Lions Club's sixth year selling Quebec Maple Syrup products as a Fund Raising project. The monies raised from this project are returned into our community.

82st Annual Burlington Lions Club Carnival - Come and join us for our 82nd Annual Burlington Lions Club Carnival to be held at the Burlington Mall April 22 to May 2nd, 2010 (Closed April 26). The Burlington Lions Club in conjunction with World's Finest Shows has brought the carnival to Burlington for over 50 years. Come ride the rides, play the games and say hello to the Lions who are manning the Crown and Anchor booth. xxx new rides will be in this year's lineup - the ??????????? and the ????????. Burlington Farmer's Market - A feature of Burlington since 1959. Come shop for fresh produce and goods at the Burlington Mall every Wednesday and Friday from 08:00 to 4:00 and Saturday 08:00 to noon. Walk For Dog Guides - Burlington Lions Club in partnership with Burlington Aldershot Lions and Waterdown Lions are sponsoring a Walk for Dog Guides on Sunday May 31, 2009. A fun 5 km walk for people (with or wiithout pooches) of all ages will take place at the Burlington Lions Club hall 471 Pearl St. (corner of Pearl and James) at 10:00 AM. Pick up a pledge form at any Veternarian Office in Burlington or register to walk on line at Walk For Dog Guides and come join us for this very worthwhile project. The funds raised from this walk will go to supporting the Dog Guides efforts at providing trained dogs for the blind.

Cruise Night - The first Cruise Night of 2009 will take place on May 13, 2009 at Mapleview Shopping Centre (New Location - West End). They will continue every Wednesday until September 9, 2009. Come out and enjoy Canada's largest collection of antique and special interest cars - and buy a ticket for a 50/50 draw. You can win big bucks and help the community at the same time.2008 Cruise Night Kick Off.
 

Comedy Night Club 54- The Burlington, Aldershot and Waterdown Lions clubs are having a Dinner and Show comedy night at Club 54. All ticket sale proceeds go to Purina Walk for Dog Guides. Event Date not yet determined. Also includes admission to the Friday night dance party after the show. You must be 19 or over to attend. See the Contact Us link to order tickets.

Bingo - Weekly Bingo held at Bingo Connection on Plains Road Burlington. With it's large seating capacity the warm and friendly environment offers book bingo events for everyone's busy lifestyles.

Parking - Parking is available at the Burlington Lions Club for downtown events such as the Sound of Music festival and the Ribfest. The club is approximately 3 blocks from Spencer Smith park (see Map). Parking fees support the projects of the Burlington Lions Club.

Eye Glass Donations - are accepted at Zellers stores in Burlington - at the Burlington Mall and at the Millcroft Mall. Your old eye glasses that aren't quite right for you any more are just right for someone else.
